Senior Finance Manager

To support a growing healthcare technology company, the full-time Senior Finance Manager will lead financial planning and analysis, oversee accounting operations, and build financial infrastructure while working remotely from anywhere in the United States. Key responsibilities Own budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting processes to provide actionable financial insights for executive decision-making Build and maintain scalable financial models and reporting frameworks that enhance visibility into company performance and growth trends Oversee core finance operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance across accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and financial reporting Required qualifications Active CPA certification is strongly preferred 6+ years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, FP&A, or corporate finance with leadership responsibilities Demonstrated expertise in financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and executive reporting Deep understanding of US GAAP, financial reporting, and compliance requirements Exceptional financial modeling and analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations
