Overview

As a Recruiter, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality talent across a variety of functions, helping drive business results through effective full-cycle recruiting and strong partnerships with hiring managers.

This role is ideal for a recruiter who has foundational recruiting expertise and is looking to further build their impact, working both independently and collaboratively to support hiring needs across the organization.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for a range of professional roles (engineering - management level) across assigned business areas
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, develop sourcing strategies, and provide candidate recommendations
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing and networking
• Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Provide guidance to hiring teams on recruiting best practices, market insights, and talent availability
• Contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting processes, tools, and workflows
• Support internship recruiting and activities as needed
• Participate in and support recruiting projects or initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2+ years of recruiting experience
• Demonstrated understanding of recruiting principles, sourcing strategies, and selection techniques
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience using an ATS (Workday experience preferred)
• Experience recruiting engineers preferred
• Ability to be on-site in our Bloomington, MN Office 3x/week

Annual Salary Range: $65,400-101,300. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors including, but not limited to applicable work experience, training, education, performance.
