Customer Service Representative

The role of an Office Customer Service Manager (also referred to as Dispatch) requires strong clerical, communication and problem‑solving skills. Responsibilities Manage clerical and administrative duties while communicating with clients via phone and email. Build and maintain strong relationships with the team and clients, staying calm and professional during escalations. Prioritize and schedule appointments for field technicians, tracking their movements and ensuring client needs are met. Respond to urgent requests, provide timely updates, and coordinate with other departments as needed. Qualifications Exceptional telecommunication skills. Proficiency in computer operations and data entry. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. High degree of emotional self‑control; works well under stress. Strong desire to participate in team efforts; self‑confident and self‑motivated. Empathy and sensitivity toward customers and colleagues. Willingness to maintain respectful working relationships with co‑workers, supervisors, and the public. Capability to report and assist other departments in a timely manner. Follow‑up on assignments for potential scheduling leads. Retrieving and expediting forms. Physical Demands Ability to sit, talk, hear, use hands and fingers to handle tools or controls; maintain clear vision and adjust focus; work in an environment with moderate noise levels.
