Customer Service Representative

$16 - $25 per hour

Mr. Appliance Of Scottsdale

Job Description Mr. Appliance is a World Class customer service company who excels at repairing appliances. We are looking for Customer Service Representatives for our office. Responsibilities Answer incoming calls and empathize with the customer. Schedule in-home service appointments with one of our trained Appliance Repair Technicians. Effectively communicate with customers to ensure they understand the appointment time and services needed. Inventory management – receive incoming parts, manage returns, and assign inventory to jobs and technicians. Attention to detail – take good notes to relay all relevant information to technicians and other staff. Accounts Receivable management – manage customer payments and payment information on file. Teamwork – work with office and technical staff to ensure great customer satisfaction. Qualifications Exceptional Customer Service: Demonstrate a great customer experience and empathy. Problem Solving: Critical thinking to ensure customers are satisfied and jobs are scheduled correctly. Efficiency: Manage time and excel in a fast‑paced office environment. Punctuality and Reliability: Be available and show up on time. Pride in the Details: Accurately complete customer information and reports. Job Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Good communication skills. Basic computer and data entry skills. Previous office experience is a plus. Benefits & Pay Pay range: $16.00 to $25.00 per hour, depending on experience. No nights or weekends – solid work‑life balance. PTO: 5 paid days per year (plus sick days). Health, Dental, & 401K benefits available after 90 days.
