Job Summary The Retail Supervisor – Custom Jersey is responsible for overseeing the day‑to‑day operations of the custom jersey station, ensuring every fan receives a personalized, high‑quality product and exceptional customer service. This role leads a team of associates, manages jersey customization production, maintains quality standards, and creates memorable fan experiences while driving sales and operational excellence. Essential Responsibilities Supervise the daily operation of the custom jersey station, ensuring efficient workflow and outstanding guest service. Lead, coach, and motivate team members to deliver an engaging and personalized shopping experience. Assist fans with jersey customization, including player names, numbers, patches, and personalized designs. Operate and oversee heat press and customization equipment while ensuring safety and quality standards are met. Inspect finished products for accuracy, quality, and presentation before delivery to guests. Manage production queues during high‑volume events, maintaining speed without compromising quality. Monitor inventory levels of blank jerseys, lettering, numbering, patches, and customization supplies. Coordinate with merchandising and inventory teams to replenish stock and minimize downtime. Resolve guest concerns professionally and provide solutions that exceed expectations. Train new associates on customization techniques, equipment operation, customer engagement, and company standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Support store opening, closing, cash handling, and other supervisory responsibilities as assigned. Analyze sales trends and identify opportunities to increase customization sales through fan engagement and upselling. Qualifications Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
