Marketing Operations Manager

Enabling the Growth Marketing organization to execute efficiently, the full-time remote Marketing Operations Manager will manage marketing technology, oversee campaign tracking and measurement, and coordinate cross-functional operations to ensure effective campaign execution and business decision-making. Key Responsibilities Serve as the operational steward of the marketing technology ecosystem and partner with channel owners to optimize platforms and integrations Own governance for campaign tracking and marketing data quality while leading QA for marketing tracking across channels Translate Growth Marketing requirements into technical specifications and develop repeatable operational processes that enhance execution and scalability Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Growth Operations, or Marketing Technology supporting DTC ecommerce or growth marketing organizations Hands-on experience with marketing technology platforms and measurement tools such as Iterable, GA4, and Google Tag Manager Strong understanding of campaign tracking, event instrumentation, and marketing data quality best practices Experience partnering with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and Analytics, to deliver marketing technology initiatives Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
