Vice President - GBS Platform and Enablement Services

• Establish and lead the Platform & Enablement Services function, defining organizational structure, governance, resourcing, and operating model
• Lead an inclusive, high-performance culture, championing diversity, equity, inclusion, and colleague engagement
• Participate in and lead GBS strategy development and implement GBS and enterprise strategies driving innovation, continuous improvement, and AI First to AI Native transformation
• Set the function's vision, goals, and guiding principles
• Lead GBS and enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, navigating interdependencies and negotiating solutions to deliver business objectives and minimize risk
• Partner with GBS Leadership and stakeholders to identify service requirements, define SLAs, and ensure accountability for business outcomes
• Deploy best-in-class performance measurement strategies, techniques, and technology, including data analytics and visualization
• Champion a customer-centric mindset and improve customer satisfaction through stakeholder feedback and improvement actions
• Leverage external insight and serve as a thought leader
• Challenge the status quo and identify transformation and cost-improvement opportunities
• Foster risk awareness, compliance, and controls
• Promote Pfizer’s open-door policy
• Partner with Global Process Leads and GBS functions on talent planning and development
• Develop future leaders and coach, mentor, and build leadership bench strength across a globally diverse team

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• MBA preferred
• 15+ years relevant business experience required
• Previous work managing in a large complex environment at a global scale
• Proven track record designing and executing organizational transformation and associated change management
• Proven success leading highly skilled professionals who are leaders of leaders
• Strong portfolio management and negotiation skills with ability to drive issues to resolution
• Demonstrated experience leading multiple large, global direct and matrixed cross-functional teams
• Demonstrated experience managing critical stakeholder relationships
• Strong understanding of technology and AI fluency
• Breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities, including influencing and collaborating with peers, developing and coaching others, and overseeing and guiding colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and business impact
• Candidates must be authorized to be employed in the U.S. by any employer
• Permanent work authorization in the United States required
• U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future
