Senior Vice President

Lead the operational growth of a Florida-based, multi-brand, luxury outdoor living business that combines premium showroom retail, trade distribution, and hospitality partnerships. This executive will partner directly with the Founder to build systems, expand locations, develop the trade channel, and establish scalable operating processes. Responsibilities Lead all day-to-day business operations Build teams, systems, and KPIs Drive manufacturer and trade partnerships Open new showroom locations Manage financial performance and forecasting Develop hospitality and designer channels Requirements Executive-level P&L ownership Experience leading premium luxury businesses focused on the professional design and architect community Ability to build infrastructure in a growth environment Strong leadership and communication skills Experience representing a luxury brand publicly Company Information Our client is building a luxury outdoor living platform serving high-net-worth residential, trade, and hospitality customers through a unique,integrated showroom and distribution model.
