As a new Service Plumber at Snappy Electric, Plumbing, Heating & Air located in Marietta, you can expect an action-packed day solving residential plumbing challenges! Your Monday to Friday schedule will have you arriving ready to tackle an array of service calls. Each day will be filled with diagnosing issues, repairing leaks, and installing fixtures, ensuring our customers’ plumbing systems are up and running smoothly. You’ll work hand-in-hand with our friendly, customer centered team, learning our process while ensuring customer satisfaction with every job.

To thrive as a Service Plumber at Snappy Electric, Plumbing, Heating & Air, you'll need a skill set that combines plumbing expertise with a customer-friendly attitude! With a minimum of 2+ years of residential plumbing experience under your belt, you’ll be equipped to troubleshoot and repair various plumbing issues like a pro. A valid driver’s license with a clean record is essential, as you'll be on the road providing top-notch service to our valued clients.

Familiarity with ServiceTitan on iPad is a game-changer, helping you manage service calls efficiently and effectively. Strong customer service and communication skills are crucial for ensuring that our clients feel heard and valued throughout the service process. Additionally, basic computer literacy will aid you in navigating necessary tools and software that keep our operations running smoothly.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

• 2+ years of residential plumbing experience
• valid driver’s license with clean record
• proficiency with ServiceTitan on iPad a plus!
• strong customer service and communication skills
• ability to troubleshoot and repair residential plumbing
• basic computer literacy.
