Job DescriptionDewberry’s Architecture Team is seeking a energetic Project Manager with well-rounded experience to join our Richmond, VA office. Experience in Federal, State and Local Governments, Community Facilities, Civic and Justice building types is desirable. Must have a professional degree, Bachelor of Architecture or Master of Architecture degree from an accredited university and have a minimum of 10-years post graduate work experience and must be licensed. Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience is required.Demonstrated ability to lead project teams, clients, consultants, and contractors.Collaborative approach to all aspects of the practice.Expert knowledge of local code requirements and ability to efficiently interface with agencies having jurisdiction, as required.Responsible for developing project scope, fees and managing project budget, client/consultant invoices, agreements, and contracts.Comfortable and experienced to participate in Business Development and marketing activities.Responsible for managing project team resources; advises Office Operations Director of schedules and staffing resource needs.Develops proposals with assistance of PIC and/or Office Director; takes part in client interviews and development of marketing pursuits.Reviews and confirms document accuracy for client(s), consultant(s) and project team(s).Responsible for projects compliance with Dewberry QMS processes; evaluates and assures review recommendations are implemented; pledges that “lessons learned” are communicated to all staff.A design portfolio demonstrating experience will be required.The projected range for this position is $110,000-$158,000 annually. Depending upon other factors, i.e., skills, experience, location, market conditions, the range may vary slightly.Must have a valid driver’s license, good driving record and ability to pass a driving record background check.Don’t meet every single requirement?
