Onboarding is thoughtfully designed with dedicated supervision and mentorship woven in from the start, ramping your caseload and workload expectations gradually throughout your CF year. Day to day, you can expect 30-minute one-to-one sessions to foster strong client and caregiver relationships, one weekly patient evaluation to gain hands-on assessment experience, and built-in documentation time so your evenings and weekends are yours to recharge. What You’ll Need Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Eligible for Colorado DORA provisional SLP license (or in the process of obtaining) Currently completing or ready to begin your Clinical Fellowship Year BLS/CPR certification At Woven Care, we work hard, care deeply, and we have a lot of fun doing it!
