Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Valid OT licensure in Utah or eligibility to obtain prior to start.
• Previous experience in school settings or with pediatric populations is preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities with students, families, and staff.
• Dedication to student-centered therapeutic interventions and outcomes.
• Ability to manage and prioritize caseloads effectively.

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide direct occupational therapy services to K-12 students in accordance with IEP goals.
• Conduct assessments and write clear, actionable reports.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans targeting students’ fine motor, sensory, and self-care skills.
• Consult with teachers, administrators, and parents to integrate strategies into the classroom and home environments.
• Participate in IEP meetings, contribute expertise, and document progress diligently.
• Foster an inclusive and supportive learning atmosphere for students with diverse needs.
