• Excellent communication, organization, and documentation abilities
• Collaborative mindset for working with teachers, support staff, and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students' functional, sensory, and motor needs
• Develop and implement individualized therapy interventions promoting student participation and success in the school environment
• Work closely with educators to integrate therapeutic strategies within the classroom
• Maintain detailed session notes and progress reports
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, contributing expertise to support student goals
• Provide consultation and training to school staff as needed
