Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This full-time opportunity (26-27 hours per week) allows you to make an immediate impact throughout the academic year. Working with a diverse student population, you'll deliver therapy sessions, conduct assessments, and create individualized treatment plans—all while benefiting from a flexible schedule that supports work-life balance.

What You'll Bring:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in Utah
• Previous experience with school-based occupational therapy (K-12 preferred)
• Ability to assess, plan, and implement treatment for a broad range of student abilities
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with teachers, administrators, and families
• Comfort working independently and as part of a team

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students to determine therapy needs within the educational setting
• Develop and execute individualized therapy programs to support student goals
• Document progress and adjust plans based on student data and teacher feedback
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and collaborate on student goals
• Offer recommendations to staff to support student success in the classroom
