Service Cashier/Receptionist

Volvo Cars Brooklyn is seeking a dedicated Service Cashier/Receptionist to join our team in Brooklyn, NY. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of the service department. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide professional front desk reception. Manage service appointments and schedule customer visits efficiently. Handle customer inquiries and direct them to appropriate personnel. Process payments accurately as the service cashier. Maintain clean and organized reception and cashier areas. Coordinate communication between customers and service technicians. Ensure prompt and accurate documentation of vehicle service records. Requirements Previous experience in a receptionist or cashier role, preferably in the automotive industry. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Proficient with computers and scheduling software.
