Senior Accountant, Hybrid (95K-100K)

LHH is looking to fill a Senior Accountant position in North Dallas with a Software Company. This company is expanding it'sfootprint in our area and looking for a candidate that is keen on career growth and upward mobility.This opportunity will also require the Senior Accountant to mentor and review the work of staff accountants. The company offers great benefits and has a great culture. This company has a permanent hybrid work schedule and theposition will pay a base of 95K-100K+10% Bonus. Responsibilities Preparing and recording journal entries by compiling and analyzing account information and summarizing financial status Reconciling bank and balance sheet accounts Verifying, allocating, posting, and reconciling accounts Financial statement preparation and P&L analysis Train and mentor Staff Accountants Perform variance analysis and present the finding to management Qualifications Bachelor Degree in Accounting CPA Candidate is preferred but not required 3-5 years of experience and Public Accounting is a plus Full cycle accounting background Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables and v-lookups) Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
