Compensation $80,000+ Responsibilities Examine each product and service for quality in accordance with the standards set by the company Build restaurant staff through recruiting, interviewing, and training food service professionals Aim to provide the best possible dining experience for all of our customers Coordinates and manages all areas of marketing and community activities, including planning and execution Create a comprehensive plan for the restaurant that considers the market, local competitors, sales revenue and expenses Qualifications Previous food service experience with the ability to oversee food inventory levels and manage costs Must have a high school diploma or equivalent GED Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office, strongly desired This position requires 2-3 years of previous experience managing a staff or relevant role, ideally in the restaurant industry Have superb communication skills, organizational skills, and problem-solving skills About Company Founded in 2008, Onigilly began with a single food cart and a mission to make "onigiri," Japan's soul food, a part of America's everyday diet.
