Full job description:

As a Smoothie King Team Member, you will play an important role in creating a positive experience for every guest while helping inspire people to live a healthy and active lifestyle. Team Members are responsible for preparing high-quality smoothies, smoothie bowls, and food providing friendly and efficient guest service, operating the POS system, handling transactions accurately, completing daily cleaning and food preparation tasks, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. We are looking for dependable, energetic individuals who work well in a fast-paced team environment, communicate effectively with guests and coworkers, and are willing to learn and take on new responsibilities. No previous food service experience is required, and training will be provided to help you succeed in the role.

Responsibilities:

• Blend delicious tasting smoothies.
• Ensure the Guest purpose is met when smoothies are ordered.
• Greet and engage the Guest to provide a friendly experience
• Properly prep all fruits, vegetables, frozen items, powders, and liquids.
• Perform opening and/or closing duties.
• Perform store checklist tasks.
• Show up on time and ready to work.
• Live and promote the culture, values, and mission of Smoothie King

Qualifications:

• Energetic and dynamic team members who are excited about health and fitness.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Food Service experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to connect and communicate with guests, with a “guest comes first” attitude.

Pay: $10.00 - $20.00 / hour
