AP Coordinator

This is a full-time hybrid AP Coordinator role in Brentwood, TN, at LBMC W Squared. The AP Coordinator will report to the AP Manager and will be responsible for providing professional, skilled accounts payable processing while maintaining a focus on the success of W Squared and its clients.

Qualifications

Previous Accounting experience as an AP Coordinator preferred.

Brentwood, TN - Hybrid 2 days in office 3 days remote

Job Duties/ Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process invoices for data entry while obtaining required approvals.
• Ensure accurate general ledger coding, correct payment amount, and timely payment submission
• Verify that transactions comply with financial policies and procedures
• Build & produce weekly check runs, wire transfers, and/or ACH payments
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Audit and process credit card bills
• Maintain records, including vendor files, thoroughly and accurately
• Other duties, as assigned
