This role is not technical its about tracking requests, communicating clearly, and following up consistently to make sure nothing falls through the cracks. If youre detail-oriented, persistent, and good at keeping things organized, youll do well here./ppEssential functions include:/pulliTracking and managing a high volume of requests using a shared tracking system/liliSending and responding to emails to request information and follow up on outstanding items/liliMonitoring open requests and following up regularly until they are completed/liliKeeping all tracking data accurate and up to date/liliIdentifying delays and flagging issues that need escalation/liliUsing templates and standard processes to keep communication consistent/li/ulpWork schedule and location:/pulliThis position is on-site in Brentwood, Tennessee/liliStandard schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM 6:00 PM/liliWe are a 24x7x365 business and rotational after-hours support may be required/li/ulpYour traits and characteristics:/ppThis role is a great fit if you are someone early in their career looking to build experience, someone who enjoys structured, repeatable work, and someone who takes pride in being dependable and organized./ppThis role is not a fit if you are looking for a technical or engineering role, struggle with repetitive tasks, or need constant supervision to stay on track./ppWhat success looks like in this role: requests are tracked accurately and updated in real time, follow-ups happen without needing reminders, very few requests are missed or delayed unnecessarily, and overall turnaround time improves because requests are actively managed./p/div
