Ross Mortgage Corporation is looking for an organized and creative marketing professional to support client communication, marketing campaigns, social media, and CRM management. This role helps maintain relationships with past mortgage clients while supporting loan officers with marketing materials and outreach efforts. The ideal candidate is comfortable with technology, social media, and digital marketing tools, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

$40,000 - $45,000

• Manage and update the company CRM and client database
• Help create and run email and marketing campaigns
• Organize client lists for targeted outreach
• Track campaign results and customer engagement
• Support automated marketing and follow-up communications
• Assist with social media content and promotional materials 

• Experience with CRM systems or marketing tools preferred
• Familiar with social media platforms and trends
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Detail-oriented and dependable
• Graphic design or video editing experience is a plus
• Mortgage or real estate industry experience helpful but not required
