• Supervise and motivate store staff to deliver exceptional performance
• Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability and reduce shrinkage
• Deliver outstanding customer service and handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Conduct training and development programs for team members
• Implement visual merchandising standards to enhance store appearance
• Oversee cash handling procedures and financial accuracy

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in retail management
