Job Description
The Retail Assistant Manager plays a key role in supporting store operations by overseeing staff, managing inventory, and ensuring excellent customer service. This position assists in driving sales performance and maintaining store presentation standards while fostering a productive and positive team environment.

Responsibilities
Supervise and support retail staff to enhance team performance
Manage inventory levels and stock replenishment
Assist with sales activities and meet store targets
Deliver high-quality customer service and resolve issues
Conduct staff training and development sessions
Implement visual merchandising standards
Handle cash transactions accurately
Oversee daily store operations and ensure compliance
Prepare reports on sales, inventory, and staff performance
Coordinate team schedules and work assignments
Address and resolve conflicts within the team and with customers

Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of experience in retail management
