Wages Wages depend on experience and are decided by the hiring manager during the interview. Sign-on bonus For PT is $5,000 and for FT is $10,000. Required schedule Must be able to work every other weekend. Perform direct nursing services such as administering treatments and assisting in assessments and evaluations. Assist with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. Delegate suitable components of the care plan to nursing assistants and provide guidance and supervision when necessary. Consult with and validate data. Record pertinent information in the patient record. Identify and evaluate the resident's response to health problems and treatments. Communicate residents care needs to others involved in the care. Assume responsibility for professional growth and development. Other duties as assigned by the director of nursing. Oversee and implement a resident plan of care (leadership responsibilities).
