(Kern Valley State Prison, Snack Bar)
Open Shift: 04:30 AM to 01:00 PM or 09:00 AM to 05:00 AM Qualification:
-Food Handler Certificate is Required
-Friendly and helpful team members
-Operations experience is a plus
-Must be 21 or over years old
-Must be able to pass back ground
-NO PROBATION
-NO DUI
-TB Test Required. Job Type: Full-Time, Part Time
Starting pay from: $17.00 to $18.00 per hour.
Expected hours: 32 - 40 hours a week. Benefits:

-$100 bonus every 3 months for perfect attendance. Functions:
- Provides exceptional experience to Guests
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Chop vegetables, prepare sauces and other food preparation.
- Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
- Clean up station and dishes
- Stock inventory
Qualifications:
- Cooking experience 1 years or Back of the House experience preferred
- Able to meet all scheduling commitments
- Able to anticipate needs of others in the kitchen and proactively work to meet those needs
- Strong attention to detail
