DO YOU WANT
- To lead complete remodel projects within active hospitals?
- To leverage your expertise managing demanding schedules, subcontractors, and cross-trade coordination?
YOU MUST HAVE
- Several years of experience as a Construction Project Manager (or equivalent) with a General Contractor.
- Proven track record managing complex healthcare projects (hospitals, clinics, labs), within an active hospital a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of all construction divisions and hospital protocols.
- Experience navigating federal contracts and regulations.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering or related field.
- Tampa residency or strong relocation commitment.

COMPENSATION
- Salary range: $130,000 - $150,000
