Your expertise in marriage and family therapy will be critical in helping these individuals navigate through issues such as relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma. You will play a vital role in fostering resilience and healing, ultimately enhancing the overall mental health of our community.Qualifications\n\n A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field is required.\n Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist through the State of California is necessary.\n Commitment to ethical practice and the well-being of clients.\n Strong organizational skills for managing client assessments and treatment plans in a timely manner.\n Ability to deliver therapy services effectively in a remote environment.\nPreferred Experience\n\n Minimum of one year experience providing individual and/or couples therapy.\n Experience working with a variety of age groups, including both children and adults.\n Proficiency in utilizing electronic health record systems for documentation and patient management.\n Excellence in both verbal and written communication skills.\nCompensation and Benefits\nThis role offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
