Air Excel is hiring a Field Service Technician to maintain, repair, and service our tire-inflation air-vending machines across the Houston, TX area. This is a self-managed, field-based role: you will run your own routes and parts inventory, operate a company service vehicle, service equipment (110V electrical, low-voltage controls, pneumatic, mechanical, and electronic systems), and handle coin/cash collection with strict accountability. You will be the face of Air Excel to our retail partners and consumers. Ideal for a reliable, mechanically skilled self-starter comfortable working independently with significant driving.

Compensation: $52,000/year, plus a company service vehicle.

• Diagnose and repair airvending machines in the field electrical (110V), lowvoltage control, pneumatic, mechanical, and electronic systems.
• Perform preventivemaintenance inspections, component replacements, equipment upgrades, and new installations.
• Complete service tickets in the company system (Zoho); document parts used and work performed accurately and promptly.
• Collect coin/cash revenue on the assigned schedule; count, reconcile, secure, and hand off funds with full accountability.
• Manage your own parts inventory and assigned company service vehicle (upkeep and inspections; vehicle is telematicsmonitored).
• Respond promptly to outages to maximize machine uptime.
Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of mechanical, electrical, vending, equipmentrepair, or fieldservice experience preferred.
• Experience troubleshooting 110V electrical systems and lowvoltage controls; strong mechanical and pneumatic aptitude.
• Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record (vehicle use is telematicsmonitored).
• Comfortable using mobile ticketing apps and basic count/spreadsheet forms.
• Demonstrated integrity handling company funds; proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Physical Demands & Work Environment:
• Ability to lift and move equipment up to 100 lbs.
• Extensive driving with frequent travel across the territory.
• Outdoor work at retail, fuel, and conveniencestore sites in all weather.
