While this role is posted under Nao Medical, the position is for Ajaia . The selected candidate will work directly within Ajaia’s team and contribute to enterprise AI initiatives, product development, and client engagements. Ajaia also builds proprietary AI products, copilots, and vertical solutions that solve high- value industry problems. This dual model allows the team to translate hands-on implementation experience into scalable products while continuously refining its approach through real-world deployment. Position Overview As an AI Solutions Architect you will convert client needs into actionable AI solution plans and keep delivery execution aligned to outcomes. You will bridge business priorities and technical design in close partnership with Product, Engineering, and delivery stakeholders. Every role at Ajaia is AI-forward. You are expected to use AI-native workflows daily for discovery, requirements synthesis, architecture drafting, and implementation planning. Primary Responsibilities Translate client objectives into scoped AI solution plans, implementation phases, and success metrics. Define architecture assumptions, delivery constraints, and priority sequencing. Lead client-facing workshops and solution review sessions. Coordinate collaboration across Product, Engineering, and client teams to unblock progress. Apply AI copilots and automation tools to accelerate design artifacts and documentation quality. Track delivery risks, dependencies, and outcome metrics across concurrent engagements. Job Requirements 0-5 years of experience in solutions delivery, consulting, architecture support, or technical program management. Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities. Ability to structure ambiguous business problems into execution-ready work. Working familiarity with AI products, workflow automation, or enterprise software delivery. Detail-oriented execution style with strong cross-functional collaboration. Required: hands-on AI workflow usage for research, drafting, synthesis, and solution iteration. Schedule and Location Manhattan, NYC; in-office presence required 4-5 days per week. Eastern Time, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday-Friday. Limited client travel may be required. Technical Requirements Reliable high-speed internet for hybrid work continuity. Comfort with architecture tools, documentation systems, and AI-enabled analysis workflows. Ability to support solution demos, technical reviews, and implementation handoffs.
