We arelooking an inventory control clerk to manage the inventory control system under the supervision of theQualityControlmanager, maintain product data, rectify miscalculations, review and analyze the results of operations, report findings to management and make recommendations for improvement as necessary. Benefits tuition reimbursement training and development opportunities medical dental vision FSA HSA commuter long-term disability group life insurance Responsibilities Responsible for inventory accuracy through cycle counts, adjustments, and proper identification Review and apply inventory activities, including movements and deletions Maintain and update inventory records Ensure billing is processed for assigned branches Develop and implement efficient inventory management procedures Reconcile inventory discrepancies Assign cycle counts Perform physical inventory at least twice a year Report any stock issues to management and place product orders as necessary Operate safely and ensure that safe storage practices are being followed Other duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma/GED required Some experience in inventory control Knowledge/Skills/Competencies: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) Excellent written and verbal communications skills Excellent mathematical and analytical skills Able to work irregular or extended hours, including weekends and nights as needed Other: Physical Requirements: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
