Senior Technical Delivery Director -Telecom

We are hiring a Senior Technical Delivery Director to lead end-to-end technical delivery for a strategic US Tier 1 Telecom Operator . About the Role This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced telecom delivery professional who can drive complex programs, manage executive-level customer relationships, lead global technical teams, and ensure strong delivery, operational, and financial outcomes. Responsibilities Own end-to-end delivery across scope, execution, governance, escalations, and customer outcomes. Lead complex telecom programs for strategic Tier 1 customers. Manage project scoping, planning, estimation, resource allocation, and delivery execution. Serve as a senior technical advisor and primary escalation point for customer leadership. Drive delivery governance, KPIs, quality improvements, automation, and continuous process improvement. Partner with Sales and Pre-Sales teams on new opportunities and growth initiatives. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Support, and Managed Services teams. Own revenue forecasting and support financial and operational targets. Lead global technical teams and optimize delivery capacity and resources. Manage technical escalations, delivery risks, testing, and mitigation plans. Champion automation and test automation initiatives to improve quality and speed. Qualifications Bachelor’s in Computer Science or Engineering required; MBA preferred. Must be authorized to work in the US. Required Skills 12+ years of technical delivery leadership experience in Telecom. Strong experience supporting Tier 1 Telecom Operators. Proven success leading complex, customer-facing delivery and recovery programs. Strong background in telecom, roaming, and network domains. Experience with delivery governance, KPIs, forecasting, revenue/margin management, and operational excellence. Executive presence with excellent customer and stakeholder management skills. Ability to translate complex technical issues into clear business decisions, actions, and executive updates. Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and develop high-performing global teams.
