Sr Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis

Job Summary

This role collaborates closely with business and finance teams on forecasting, budgeting, month-end closing, financial modeling, performance measurement, reporting and analysis. You will support transformation projects, optimize analytics tools and processes, review model performance, implement enhancements, and collaborate with stakeholders to gather inputs for forecasts, summarize insights, and present them to senior leadership.

Essential Responsibilities

• Support planning and forecasting processes.
• Review business performance on regular cadences (weekly, monthly, quarterly) and collaborate with stakeholders to gather inputs and summarize insights.
• Produce executive‑level presentations.
• Work closely with finance and technical teams to drive process and system improvements.
• Facilitate discussions with stakeholders, manage expectations, and collaborate cross‑functionally.
• Consult with finance leads to review key issues, risks, and dependencies for assigned initiatives.
• Document and elevate potential risks/issues and support mitigation strategies.

Minimum Qualifications

• 3+ years relevant experience and a bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Pay and Compensation

Primary Location – San Jose, California: $98,000.00–$140,250.00 annually.
Additional Locations – Chicago, Illinois: $89,000.00–$127,600.00 annually; Scottsdale, Arizona: $84,500.00–$121,000.00 annually.
Additional compensation may include an annual performance bonus, equity, or other incentive compensation.
