Senior Financial Analyst, Supply Chain Our client, a global healthcare and medical technology company, is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support its Supply Chain and Operations organization. Location: Santa Clara, CA. This position follows a hybrid work schedule, with in-office requirements of 3 days/week. Job Description: This role serves as a key finance business partner to manufacturing and supply chain leaders, helping drive cost transparency, operational efficiency, and financial planning for a growing business. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with operational finance experience and enjoys partnering with stakeholders to support strategic decision-making. Responsibilities: Support cost accounting and supply chain finance activities, including analysis of manufacturing costs, inventory, and operational performance metrics. Analyze financial results, manufacturing variances, and cost drivers to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, including reconciliations, reporting, and financial analysis. Develop budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans in partnership with operational leaders. Support inventory accounting, product costing, and working capital management initiatives. Partner with manufacturing, procurement, logistics, and supply chain teams to improve operational and financial performance. Support capital investment analysis, business cases, and financial modeling for operational initiatives. Assist with compliance, audits, internal controls, and special projects as needed. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain, or a related field. 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, FP&A, cost accounting, or supply chain finance. Experience supporting manufacturing, operations, inventory, or supply chain organizations preferred. Strong financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and business partnering skills. Advanced Excel skills and experience working with ERP and financial planning systems; CPA or MBA is a plus.
