We provide line-of-sight on our operational health to the top executive levels and work closely with our business partners to set up the most optimal supply chain structure for businesses.About the roleRoku is looking for an exceptional Sr. Financial Analyst to support Roku’s hardware Operations team. This role will play a critical role in supporting the continued growth and execution of Roku’s worldwide Operations and will help develop scalable and intuitive reporting and forecasting solutions to drive business insight that is relevant and digestible.The successful candidate will be able to communicate effectively, possess strong analytical skills, and manage multiple and time sensitive deliverables across a highly matrixed organization. The ideal candidate will have endless curiosity and can pair a global mindset with locally relevant execution.For California Only - The estimated annual salary for this position is between $125,000 - $137,700 annually.Compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, certifications, and specific geographical location.This role is eligible for health insurance, equity awards, life insurance, disability benefits, parental leave, wellness.What you will be doingSupport day-to-day business partnering and FP&A support activities for the Supply Chain & Operations org; business partner with stakeholders to accurately forecast COGS and OCOGS, primarily focused but not limited to COGS/BOMs, E&O, and InventoryCoordinate with Operations on the annual budget and long-range plan deliverables; update/maintain various financial models as necessary to support ongoing forecast deliverablesAnalyze and monitor component forecast inputs against targetsIdentify and implement systemic, scalable solutions thru technology to optimize finance processes for speed, agility and insightPerform ad hoc analyses and projects as neededWe’re excited if you haveBA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Supply Chain or a similar analytical discipline (e.g. Engineering, Math, Computer Science, Data Science); MBA/CPA preferred4+ years of FP&A experience supporting hardware or product engineering organizations, ideally at a high growth tech companyUnderstanding of COGs, BOMs, and/or inventory accountingStrong analytical skill, with a passion for metrics and data; ability to apply in order to influence and drive effective decision makingAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to digest, analyze and comprehend large amounts of data and maintain complex financial models; demonstrated proficiency with advanced functions (index, offsets, arrays, etc.)Experience leveraging business intelligence tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)Experience with Anaplan & NetSuiteExperience leveraging AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) to optimize workloads and build visualization toolsBias for action, ability to identify and effectively prioritize critical workstreams, meet competing deadlines while managing multiple projectsMeticulous attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environmentStrong communicator, collaborator, and connector across multiple cross functional departments#LI-AN1What's Roku's approach to hybrid working?Roku fosters an inclusive and collaborative environment where teams generally work in the office Monday through Thursday.
