This new role will extend rebate and deal desk activity into the FP&A team. As an integral member of the team, our organization’s overarching responsibilities are to provide the highest caliber of relevant financial and business analysis that is both insightful and measurable, enabling effective decision-making at all levels of the company and improving our financial performance. This is a critical position within the Finance organization, requiring knowledge of advanced tool and analytical skills, accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to deliver to Company’s timelines. It is a visible role within Finance for an energetic individual who thrives on inspiring change and impacting the business in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.What you’ll be doing:Finance Business Partner to support WW Sales on pricing and rebatesLead cross-functional collaboration with Accounting, Pricing, BU Finance, and Operations teams on driving pricing strategiesProactive monitoring of weekly deal flow, highlighting large-impact offers and quotes with atypical pricing or uncommon structuresGenerate rebate forecasts, aligning with Accounting and BU Finance for margin modelingDevelop key performance measurements and dashboards to measure pricing effectivenessAnalyze large data sets across multiple platforms and systems with the ability to synthesize the data to draw conclusions, provide business insights, and tell a story through dataMaintain data quality and data accuracy across all group projects and drive continuous improvement efforts for data quality. Ensure consistency, reliability, and quality of all standard reportsWhat we need to see:5+ years of Finance / Sales Finance / Sales Operations experience, especially with pricing data analytics and modeling, supporting a global, high-tech corporationBachelor’s or equivalent experience in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering. MBA a plusExpert proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel. Experience with Salesforce, Power BI, SAP, SQL, and Tableau applications a plusTrack record of employing AI tools for data analysis, modeling, and reporting workflowsWorld-class analytical skills and advanced financial modeling techniques, with ability to derive and convey business insightsAbility to define new processes, improve analytics, and influence business decisionsEagerness to wear many hats, shifting day-to-day responsibilities as business conditions evolveThorough with the highest regard for accuracy and completenessHighly motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment, simultaneously manage several priorities, and challenge the status quo to drive change and operational improvementWays to stand out from the crowd:Direct experience with contra-revenue, rebate, or channel incentive programsBackground in semiconductor, hardware, or channel-driven business with multiple RTMExperience automating finance workflows with Python or SQL beyond ExcelExposure to pricing strategy in a high-growth or rapidly scaling environmentWidely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers, NVIDIA offers highly competitive salaries and a comprehensive benefits package.
