Senior Financial Analyst, GBO Strategic Projects

Analysis into the performance of the global ads business and key drivers of variance.Partner with region and channel finance teams to deliver cohesive business performance narratives to executives in key forums such as Global Business Organization (GBO) Live (all GBO employees), GBO LC (all GBO directors), and other leadership moments.Deliver these narratives at scale by building insights that can be replicated and re-used across the organisation for maximum impact.Manage critical ad-hoc projects in partnership with finance, GTM and broader Google teams, including the impact of tariffs and modeling of new incentives models for sales compensation.Minimum qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience. 7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), consulting, or a related function, or 5 years with a relevant advanced degree. Preferred qualifications:MBA.Proficiency in spreadsheets, familiarity with SQL, and investigative experience working with complex data.Ability to manage and deliver complex cross-functional projects.Ability to adapt constantly evolving environments.Ability to craft and deliver a message with credibility to influence senior leadership.Financial Analysts ensure that Google makes sound financial decisions.
