Program Manager As a Program Manager at Devereux, you will work with other dedicated professionals who share your passion for helping individuals in need. The role reports directly to the Program Director and is based in Howell, NJ overseeing our group home. Compensation Salary: $58,000–$68,000 per year. Location Howell, NJ. Key Responsibilities Plan and implement occupational, recreational, social and developmental plans for each individual in care. Ensure internal and external facilities of the program are maintained to present Devereux as a good neighbor and welcomed member of the community. Oversee all staff within the assigned program(s), including hiring, performance and attendance management, payroll accuracy and training compliance. Ensure adequate staffing coverage on all shifts. Supervise the planning, implementation and documentation of programs designed to meet the social, emotional, physical and personal needs of individuals. Plan and participate in group outings for individuals. Manage shopping for the home’s necessities (food, clothing and household items). Schedule and transport individuals to doctor’s appointments, shopping trips and day programs/schools. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred. Valid non‑provisional driver’s license. At least one year of supervisory experience in a child or adult behavioral health care agency. Desire to attend ten days of paid on‑site orientation on weekdays. Preferred: Two years of experience working with individuals with disabilities in a community setting.
