Automotive Service Advisor/Writer/ Consultant Job Location: North Shore Mazda – Danvers, MA 01923 North Shore Mazda has an opening for an Automotive Service Advisor / Writer. We are a family owned and operated dealership with a reputation as a great place to work. Our ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and familiarity with ADP. Automotive Service Advisor/Writer experience is a plus but we will consider other candidates with similar or equivalent experience. Responsibilities Schedule customer's vehicle service appointments. Greeting customers in a professional manner. Accurate write up of customer concerns. Convey expected cost and obtain approval of repairs. Track vehicle and communicate progress to customer. Maintain excellent customer satisfaction (CSI scores). Perform any additional task assigned by management. Qualifications Clean driving record and able to pass a drug test required. Previous automotive car dealership experience preferred or strong automotive knowledge. Excellent communication skills. Professional appearance. Positive attitude.Commitment to being a team player.
