Job Title Microsoft Power Platform Developer Job Summary Responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise‑grade business applications and automated solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and related Microsoft 365 services. Supports organizational modernization by creating scalable, secure, and user‑friendly applications integrated with SharePoint Online, Dynamics 365, Microsoft Graph API, and other cloud services. Responsibilities Design and develop Canvas Apps, Model‑Driven Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate flows, and Dataverse‑backed applications. Integrate solutions with SharePoint Online, Dynamics 365 CE, Microsoft Graph API, REST APIs, and custom connectors. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Document technical specifications, system architecture, and user guides. Ensure applications meet accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 or later). Maintain and troubleshoot existing Power Platform solutions and related infrastructure. Leverage Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps, API Management) and ALM pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub) for deployment. Minimum Requirements • At least four (4) years of hands‑on experience building and deploying Power Platform solutions (Canvas Apps, Model‑Driven Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate, Power Apps). • Strong knowledge of Dataverse (Microsoft Dataverse). • Background investigation clearance required. Desirable Qualifications 3+ years of experience developing Power Apps solutions (Canvas Apps, Model‑Driven Apps, Power Pages). 3+ years of experience developing Power Automate flows and business process flows. 3+ years of experience interpreting and designing database models. 3+ years of experience developing Power Apps solutions with Dataverse. 2+ years of experience integrating solutions via Microsoft Graph API, REST APIs, and custom connectors. 2+ years of experience with Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps, API Management) or ALM pipelines (Azure DevOps/GitHub). 2+ years of experience in SharePoint Online development and integration with Power Apps. 2+ years of experience supporting and extending Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE. 2+ years of experience integrating Power Apps solutions with identity providers (MS Entra ID, Okta). 3+ years of experience with scripting and programming languages (PowerShell, JavaScript, TypeScript, C#). 3+ years of experience collaborating, communicating verbally and in writing within a cross‑functional team. 2+ years of experience performing technical documentation. 2+ years of experience developing Power Apps solutions that are compliant with WCAG 2.1 or later. Microsoft certifications: PL‑400, PL‑600, PL‑200, AZ‑900, or similar.
