Outstanding opportunity to go to market with the backing of a well-known and respected name in the RNG space and with the confidence of reliable long term RNG supply. Client is a wellknown and respected name in the RNG space with stable and consistent RNG prduction facilities and infrastructure across North America, with plans to produce substantial annual capacity and expand commercialization efforts across a growing portfolio of environmental and energy assets.  

• Seeking a Senior RNG Originator to lead commercial origination activities focused on RNG voluntary and compliance markets across North America and select global markets including the UK, EU, and Canada.
• Responsible for originating and executing both spot and long-term structured RNG transactions within voluntary and compliance markets.
• Develop creative and entrepreneurial deal structures to optimize RNG portfolio optionality and maximize asset value.
• Maintain deep expertise in renewable fuel markets, including RINs, LCFS, voluntary environmental attribute markets, and evolving regulatory frameworks.
• Monitor legislation and incentive programs impacting RNG pricing dynamics, including federal and state renewable energy and tax programs.
• Leverage established relationships with utilities, marketers, traders, compliance buyers, transportation fuel participants, and environmental commodity counterparties.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal commercial, operational, logistics, and risk stakeholders to optimize market strategy and execution.
• Demonstrate strong understanding of physical natural gas logistics, RNG chain of custody, and environmental attribute management platforms.
• Familiarity with ISCC certification processes and international RNG market requirements preferred.
• Ideal candidate will possess a strong track record in RNG origination, structured transactions, and environmental commodities marketing OR MUST HAVE LONG-TERM NATURAL GAS STRUCTURED DEAL ORIGINATION experience AND WILLING TO LEARN THE RNG VOLUNTARY MARKET SPACE.
• Comprehensive knowledge of North American RNG VOLUNTARY markets along with exposure to global renewable gas markets is SIGNIFICANT PLUS BUT NOT REQUIRED
• Requires strong communication, presentation, relationship management, and negotiation skills in both internal and external settings.
• Candidate should be highly proactive, entrepreneurial, collaborative, and capable of making independent commercial decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, or related field required.
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant energy origination experience required
