Quality Supervisor - Lead in Manufacturing Excellence

AWS/CES is looking for a Quality Supervisor – Manufacturing / Light Industrial We are seeking a highly motivated Quality Supervisor to lead a team of inspectors and ensure high standards of product quality and customer satisfaction within a fast-paced manufacturing environment . The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience supervising teams in a production or light industrial setting. Key Responsibilities Maintain a safe and clean work environment Develop and implement work instructions and quality procedures Support manufacturing quality by compiling, initiating, sorting, and analyzing production records Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction Monitor processes, control points, equipment, and personnel to maintain quality standards Communicate expectations to employees and monitor performance Enforce company systems, policies, and procedures Build and maintain strong customer relationships Coach, counsel, and discipline employees when necessary Complete production plans by scheduling and assigning personnel Train and develop quality staff to maintain strong service levels Accurately enter time, production data, and business inputs into automated systems Resolve employee concerns and collaborate with HR on personnel matters Qualifications 2–3 years of supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing or light industrial environment Experience managing teams of at least 5 employees Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve goals Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to stand for 10–12 hours and lift at least 30 lbs If interested, please apply or send your resume to View email address on click.appcast.io #J-18808-Ljbffr Canadian Executive Search Group (USA) Inc / Division of Arrow Group of Companies
