Now Hiring: Machine Operators – 1st Shift and 2nd Shift | Barberton, OH Express Employment Professionals – Akron

Express Employment Professionals of Akron is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented **Machine Operators **for a full-time, 1st shift and 2nd shift positions in Barberton, Ohio . This role involves operating specialized machinery to mold rubber products to precise shapes and quality standards. If you're mechanically inclined and thrive in a hands-on environment, this could be the perfect fit.

Starting Pay: $17.65-18.65 /hour Schedule: 10 and 12 hour shifts available!

• Load raw rubber materials into molding presses

• Operate machinery according to production schedules and work orders

• Monitor temperature, pressure, and cycle times to ensure product quality

• Visually inspect finished products for defects and report any issues

• Safely load and unload materials and finished goods using manual tools

• Perform other related duties as assigned

• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify subtle defects

• Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting 50 lbs

• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities

• Solid math and written communication skills

• Basic computer literacy (Word, Excel, etc.)

• Creative problem-solving mindset

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
