Are you an experienced Machine Operator looking for a long-term opportunity with a growing manufacturer ?

We are hiring an experienced Machine Operator for a busy, high-output production environment in Twinsburg. This is a temp-to-hire position with excellent potential for long-term employment, advancement, and increased earning opportunities.

JOB DETAILS

Location: Twinsburg, OH
Pay: $20.00/hour to start
Shift: 2nd Shift
Hours: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM
Type: Temp-to-Hire
Overtime: Occasional mandatory weekend overtime
Extended Hours: Occasional 10- and 12-hour shifts

THIS IS AN EXPERIENCED OPERATOR POSITION

Machine operating experience is REQUIRED — and longevity in machine operation is MANDATORY.

This is not an entry-level machine operator position. We are looking for someone who already understands what it takes to keep a machine running, maintain production speed, recognize problems, and consistently produce quality parts.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Operate production machinery safely and efficiently
• Keep machines running to meet high production goals
• Monitor equipment and make adjustments when necessary
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
• Follow production specifications and operating procedures
• Troubleshoot and report machine or production issues
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Meet production deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Follow all company safety and quality standards

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Proven machine operating experience — REQUIRED
• Strong longevity in previous machine operator roles — MANDATORY
• Manufacturing experience
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to consistently maintain production output
• Ability to work independently and stay focused
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Willingness to work mandatory overtime when required
• Ability to work occasional 10- and 12-hour shifts
• Commitment to safety, quality, and productivity
