Mach3 Precision MachinistMach3 is a 100% employee-owned precision machining facility in Cuyahoga Falls, OH. We specialize in large-scale machining work where your expertise directly impacts company growth—and your stock value.Essential Functions:Set up, program and operate a range of horizontal lathes and manual vertical/horizontal turret lathes.Machining large-scale precision components (including parts weighing 1,000+ lbs).Perform precision setups using blueprints, and conduct weekly preventative maintenance to ensure peak machine performance.Quality Assurance: Use manual precision tools Dial Calipers, Dial Indicators, and OD/ID Mics to verify dimensions and uphold quality standards.Material Management: Identify and label materials for traceability, including those slated for additional machining processes.Team collaboration: Flexible to operate different machinery as needed to support production goals.Requirements:Machining Experience: A minimum of 3+ years of manual lathe machining experience is required.CNC Programming Knowledge preferred for roles involving CNC machining.
