Customer Marketing Manager

Owning the narrative post-customer onboarding, the full-time remote Customer Marketing Manager will nurture and scale the customer base, transforming legal professionals into advocates while designing programs that drive revenue growth. Key responsibilities Build a world-class customer reference program to turn power users into vocal advocates and create compelling case studies Collaborate with various teams to promote product launches and design customer adoption campaigns to increase platform utilization Develop customer-facing content and engagement materials that simplify legal-tech workflows for existing users Required qualifications 7+ years of customer marketing, advocacy, or lifecycle marketing experience in B2B SaaS, preferably in legal-tech or AI-tech Strong storytelling skills with a proven track record in drafting case studies and promotional content Ability to coordinate project workflows across Customer Success, Account Management, and Marketing teams Experience managing customer programs and executing multi-stage email campaigns within marketing automation platforms Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
