Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a relevant allied health degree, paired with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be acquired within your first year of employment.
