Description Your Responsibilities

• Conduct routine and advanced clinical laboratory assessmentscovering chemistry, hematology, immunology, and moreadhering to established protocols.
• Evaluate results for precision, troubleshoot issues, and perform regular maintenance and calibration on laboratory instruments.
• Assisting with specimen collection and prepare samples for testing as necessary.
• Thoroughly document all procedures, train new team members or students, and help maintain lab quality standards.
• Ensure a clean, safe work environment while strictly following regulatory and accreditation requirements.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent allied health degree, alongside ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS), to be acquired within one year of hire.
• Maintain current certification throughout the duration of your employment.
