Pay & Benefits:

• Pay rate: $1.00 per hour (note: hourly pay confirmation required)
• Salary Range: $235,000 $265,000 annually

What You'll Do:

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to adult and/or family medicine patients
• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic ailments
• Conduct wellness exams and preventive care visits
• Develop long-term treatment plans and coordinate with specialists
• Utilize EPIC EMR for accurate documentation
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality outcomes
• Participate in shared on-call duties as assigned
• Support patient education and continuity of care initiatives
• Engage in quality improvement projects and adhere to organizational standards

What You Need:

• Valid license and certification in Family or Internal Medicine
• Minimum of 0 years of experience (graduates welcome)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to participate in a community-oriented outpatient practice
