Supporting regional compensation practices, the full-time remote Total Rewards Specialist will manage day-to-day compensation support for select European countries while driving global data analytics and providing expert guidance on compensation queries. Key responsibilities Support the execution of regional compensation programs, including salary and bonus planning cycles Provide expert guidance to HR teams on compensation queries and assist in interpreting data for pay-related decisions Perform compensation analyses and develop reports that translate complex data into user-friendly formats for leadership Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, HR, or Data Analytics Relevant experience in Total Rewards, Compensation, or HR Analytics Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
