Florida Licensed In-Home Services Coordinator

To ensure the proper delivery of services to active PACE In Home Services Participants, the full-time Florida Licensed In-Home Services Coordinator will manage scheduling, oversee compliance with care plans, and serve as a liaison between clients and caregivers in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Coordinates client schedules and ensures compliance with Individualized Service Plans and Care Plans Acts as a liaison between clients, families, and service providers, informing them of available services and scheduling changes Maintains client records and oversees adherence to federal, state, and local regulations Required qualifications High School Diploma or GED 2 years of related administrative experience Experience in gerontology and/or medical/social services is preferred 1 year of scheduling or logistics management experience is preferred 1 year of experience in the healthcare profession is preferred
